Made a grilled sandwich with the bread I made yesterday. The sandwich and bread were delicious, but the grilling part made too much of a crust and I managed to tear up the roof of my mouth. Oh well, good food is worth it.
On another note, I haven't been posting for the last couple of days because my computer has finally been updated to Windows XP. So, with a new hard drive and OS I had to reinstall all my software and the drivers for my scanner. And, with the internet connection giving us troubles, it took a couple of days to finally get things up and running. But now things are all set up. Phew!
