I've always watched the premiere episode of Lost each season, but it never seems to entice me enough to continue watching. The first season kept me slightly interested, but after a lot of unanswered questions and just plain absurd plot elements I stopped watching. Then, the second season came around, and...the same thing. This continued through to the current season, which I will most likely attempt to watch the next episode, but I'm pretty sure that by the third episode I will have "lost" all interest (hehe).
On a positive note, I finished Children of God by Mary Doria Russell. It was good, but I have to say I liked the first novel in the series, The Sparrow, better.
