Took the whole sewing machine apart (that was difficult). Then we think we figured out the problem, and hopefully will be able to prevent all future problems. Those machines are created by geniuses, it is incredibly complex inside and we actually didn't even need to disassemble the entire machine to solve the problem. I still have no idea how the device works and probably never will.

Fixed!
Took the whole sewing machine apart (that was difficult). Then we think we figured out the problem, and hopefully will be able to prevent all future problems.
