This little boy really did come up to me and say this. I guess it was quite obvious that I don't normally do storytime. Plus, I have to follow an amazing act, George (who normally does this) plays the ukelele and sings songs before every storytime.

Edit: after rereading this, I meant to write that Jenn is 4 and 3/4 feet tall (maybe more like 4ft 11in). She is not 4ft and 3/4inches tall.

Wii Fit

It didn't quite say this, but it does go "Oh!" in a tiny, cute voice when you step on it.

My new obsession

I've already made baguettes, a batard, ciabatta, and focaccia. Yumyum.

First, and hopefully only, time this happened. I happened to be taking the dog to a vet appointment, so I got Seth to help me out so as not to leave her alone in the car.

The Hunger Games

Finished the book The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Excellent. Don't be discouraged by the slightly odd-sounding "running man" themed premise. It is a really good book with characters you care about. I was incapable of putting it down.

Since we don't have any television it would be nice to get to watch internet episodes on our TV. But the streaming is terrible. It doesn't seem to buffer at all and pauses the video every 30 seconds.
