I've only been to the pool three times, and two happened to be on Mondays - cleaning day.
I finally got around to inviting coworkers over. Made a huge Italian feast. Baked penne with eggplant, baked ziti with ham and ricotta, and roasted asparagus with parmesan. Plus, I made fresh bread and our friends brought an awesome cheese platter. Then, for dessert, I made a plum cake and my coworker added a tiramisu. We got so full on food that we only had the time for one board game. I won, of course, hehe.
It wasn't quite that bad....but I did have to wash my chin, neck, and hands of peach juice.
Convinced some new people to play board games. Once they make it through the extensive instructions, the fun can begin.
If you haven't already learned from previous posts, I am very allergic to fire ants. Hence, the immediate fear of a sudden swarm of ants on my foot. They were just black ants, but the bites are very similar to mosquitoes in that they itch and swell like crazy.
Normally, whenever my parents visit I like to cook a more ambitious meal because they are willing to eat anything. But apparently "anything" doesn't include celery root.
Apparently, being pregnant with twins makes all symptoms of pregnancy even worse.
Bigos went home today after spending the weekend with us. He really does seem to seek us out when he has a particularly large amount of drool.

I mainly got a lot of shocked expressions and whispered comments everytime I walked by a group of teens. One group actually did ask to take a picture with me. I also got dirty looks from some of those on the "Team Edward" side. Overall, it was fun.
Not really a scary werewolf.
I decided on a werewolf. I am a member of "Team Jacob" anyway ^_^
